Wet filtering

The operating principle of the Idromix abatement filter is based on centrifugation elements fastened to an aerodynamic profile. The depression generated by the aspirator slows down the aeriform substance as it is forcefully dragged by the water flow and mixed in the water; the pollutants then sediment in the collection tank below. This is the first filtration stage.A second treatment takes place when the remaining aeriform particles in the form of  water-dust are centrifuged; due to the difference in the specific weight compared to the intake air, they are separated from the air and decant into the tank below.The water used is then recirculated;  it is the primary element for the pollution abatement and purification; the quantity of water needed is reduced, as the water separated by the centrifugation is collected in a tank in the form of turbid water. The physiological characteristics of this water containing dust considerably improve the abatement process and at the same time provide maximum economy, as only that part of the water lost in evaporation has to be reintegrated.The water level is regulated by a minimum limit sensor; when the level falls below this limit, the sensor triggers the automatic integration solenoid valve, which brings the water back to the optimum level, controlled by the maximum water level sensor.The hopper where the sludge is decanted and collected is made in such a way that the material cannot collect on its walls.If the sludge withdrawal fixture is present, it is located at the side of the filtering unit; its purpose is to extract the precipitated substances from the water.
