
The tubing is equipped with anti-vibration plastic-coated fibreglass fabric and galvanised sheet metal CONNECTIONS, located on the ventilator suction intakes, which provide hermetic isolation of the air conveyance line.
The STRAIGHT suction TUBING is made of top quality 1000 mm and 2000 mm prefabricated galvanised sheet metal sections with diameters of up to 450 mm and longitudinal connection staffs, and of 1000 mm and 1500 mm sections with a diameter of 480 mm, to permit enlargement or eventual modification without creating undue problems, with total tube dimensions according to the technical characteristics of the installation.
The suction CURVES are made of top quality galvanised sheet metal, in sections with fastenings, and are point welded or pressed in two halves and point welded with a radius of 1.5 of the diameter, to reduce load loss to a minimum and save power.
The DERIVATIONS are made of hand shaped and modelled galvanised sheet metal with intake and output attachment sleeves. The derivation tubing is built according to the fundamental rules of aerodynamics, reducing resistance to a minimum.
The tube attachment SLEEVES are in sheet metal or flexible material and are equipped with a fastening system.
The reduction CONE is made of galvanised sheet metal, with a suitable length to reduce airflow resistance.
COLLARS or connection flanges are pressed in galvanised sheet metal and are supplied complete with galvanised nuts and bolts.
The FLEXIBLE tubing is of top quality hard rubber, treated against aging, completely smooth with a PVC core, or in metallic wire, suitable for connection of mounting or installation intakes at localised suction points.
The manual SHUTTERS are made of galvanised steel sheets, with a special stopper knob.
The exhaust STACKS have opportune dimensions and are supplied with adequate wall attachments for the entire height, in accordance with existing norms and according to the UNICHIM n.422 and 1979 method for exhaust chimneys.
