The TAMA booths for dry painting are constructed of prefabricated galvanised steel panels, which can be disassembled and interchanged. Thanks to this particularity, they have reduced transportation costs; they are easy to handle in the installation area and are quick to assemble on the site. Besides the advantages of high filtration efficiency and their reduced noise level, they give a savings in consumption that fully justifies the very competitive prices. A fan is mounted on the roof of the cabin; it creates a depression that draws the airflow through the filters. This flow conveys the enamel particles suspended in the air to the filters and prevents their release in the environment. A first filtering stage captures the enamel pigments with larger granulometry, while the second traps the smaller particles.
The roof fan then draws out and expels the purified air.
