A.G.S.A.T., Trentino Association of Autistic Subjects Parents sustain children, teenagers and adults with Autism problems and correlated syndromes coordinating various activities, initiatives and consultations; furthermore, it worries to give a psychological support to the families involved, through group or individual meetings, sharing of rehabilitation projects and systematic comparisons with the infantile neuropsychiatrist.
The Association has at its disposal a specialized team composed by the medical scientific consultant of international fame Dr. M. Brighenti, infantile neuropsychiatrists, organizational coordinators, psychologists, educators, logopedical and psychomotrical therapists.
Refresher courses, constant trainings, weekly and multidisciplinary meetings about the discussion of cases and supervision moments with the infantile neuropsychiatrist are foreseen for the educators.
A.G.S.A.T. Centre operates in collaboration with the Service Center for Autism and Correlated Syndromes of Rovereto, Verona University (Formation’s Psychology), the Center for Autism’s Diagnosis, Care and Research of Verona.
